Ishmael Fa | Stand : AB03

This raw, confrontational portrait captures the shared, overwhelming anxiety of the modern human condition, transforming an isolated face into a mirror for our collective state. Drawn with frantic, hurried dark blue and violet linework over a fleshy, saturated pink background, the central figure appears stripped of its defenses and deeply overstimulated. The composition is violently punctuated by bright, neon yellow and red splattered dots that erupt across the features like a shared psychological infection or collective panic. It is a powerful visualization of "us"—a society vibrating with inescapable nervous energy, heavily burdened by the constant, invasive glare of the world we have built.
