Deux

Ishmael Fa | Stand : AB03

This vibrant artwork captures the tangled complexity of a relationship where love and jealousy blur together. Two figures are visually fused, their faces overlapping so closely they share the same features and space. Locked in a piercing, inescapable stare with massive blue and brown eyes, they are entirely consumed by one another. Rendered in intense reds, bright sky blues, and earthy browns, the piece illustrates how the closeness that binds two people can also create a chaotic, claustrophobic tension. It is a striking portrait of two lives so deeply mixed they can no longer be pulled apart.
