This acrylic painting captures the serene beauty of Lake Thun in Switzerland, as seen through the lens of a train window. Even just looking at these ice blue mountains and water, we could feel the cold, though we were in warm train cabins. The scene was tranquil, with the stillness of the lake reflecting blue green mountains that gently rise along its shores. The landscape is a perfect harmony of nature’s seasonal transitions, where the gentle embrace of winter meets the enduring strength of the land. I have used a special nib painting technique for grass and bold abstract strokes for the painting.
