In Search Of Inner Peace

I have never worked on a painting of 'Gautam Buddha' before, so it was quite challenging for me to achieve the feeling of eternal peace in it. I have always felt calm when I am creating intricate patterns and designs and I hope everyone can find their own path to inner peace. I have used my favourite Micron pens for these seamless ornamental designs, which are inspired from traditional Indian style Henna patterns. Rest of the painting is finished in Acrylic colours on a ready to hang wooden panel.
