The Embrace

ARTEZAAR LLC | Stand : FB08-FB09-FB10-EB01-EB02-EB03-EB04-EB05

This artwork explores the concept of embrace as an emotional shelter, where two figures merge into a unified form, symbolizing safety, intimacy, and emotional connection. The semi-abstract composition softens physical boundaries, allowing emotion to take precedence over precise realism. Facial features are intentionally subtle rather than absent, inviting closer observation and emphasizing emotional presence over identity. Textured surfaces and layered colors reflect the complexity of human feelings, while warm tones convey comfort and vulnerability. The organic and circular forms within the dress suggest inner emotions, memories, and unspoken thoughts carried within the body. Through this work, Marina highlights the quiet power of human closeness as a source of healing, reassurance, and inner peace.
