PA MI CALAVERITA

Ales x Luisa | Stand : Z4-G04

Reflecting on death becomes a mirror through which we confront the permanence of being and the passage of existence. It is in this contemplation that we recognize the duality that defines us, life and death, joy and sorrow, hope and despair. These opposites are not adversaries but essential counterparts, coexisting as the forces that give meaning to our journey.

In this dialogue, the work seeks to merge the raw immediacy of street art with the timeless symbolism and refinement of ancestral expression. Together, they evoke the continuity of human essence, what passes and what remains, as a visual meditation on transformation and endurance through time.

This work incorporates an ancestral Mexican technique derived from Huichol art, preserving the spiritual and symbolic essence of this traditional practice.
